Frequently Asked Questions
How Does This Tool Work?
Enter your total number of employees and select two or more providers to compare. The tool automatically calculates per-user/month pricing based on publicly available pricing pages, applying volume discounts at common breakpoints (e.g. 100, 500, 1,000 employees). You can click any tier column header to sort providers from cheapest to most expensive (or vice versa). Actual pricing may vary depending on contract length, bundled features, and negotiated discounts. We recommend contacting each vendor directly for an accurate quote.
What's The Difference Between Each Tier?
Each provider names their plans differently, so we've mapped them into standardized tiers to make comparison easier. Free shows whether a provider offers a free forever plan or a free trial. Tier 1 (Starter) covers entry-level paid plans with core features. Tier 2 (Standard) represents mid-range plans that typically include phishing simulations, a full training library, and reporting. Tier 3 (Professional) adds advanced features typically sought by larger organizations. Tier 4 (Enterprise) is the highest-tier offering and can include a range of bespoke functionality. Not every provider has a plan at every tier. A dash (—) means that tier isn't available for the provider.
What Does It Mean When Add-Ons Are Available?
When you see "+Add-ons available" beneath a price, it means the provider offers optional paid extras on top of that plan. These could include features like incident response tools, AI-powered coaching, compliance modules, SCORM exports, or managed services. Add-on pricing is not included in the displayed price. Hover over the label to see which add-ons are available for that tier, and contact the provider directly for add-on costs.
Why Is Some Provider Pricing Not Available?
Some providers don't publish pricing on their website and instead require you to request a custom quote. For these providers, the table displays "No public pricing available — contact provider" across all tiers. This doesn't mean they're more or less expensive, it simply means we can't display an accurate price. We recommend reaching out to those providers directly to get a tailored quote for your organization.
